This vacancy has arisen due to the continuing expansion of our region beginning with our exciting development The Mill. The region covers both South Wales and South West.
The role is responsible to the Regional Sales Director and will cover developments in the South Wales/South West region ensuring the achievement of regional targets, performance and competence of Sales Executives, showhome and marketing suite set up, dealing with solicitors, sales agents, advertising agencies, recruitment, health and safety.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills, good organisational skills, a knowledge of sales and legal process and willing to travel.
