Lovell are looking to recruit a full-time Sales Executive to work at our exciting new development at Lochside Grange, Kinghorn.
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, results focused, professional who can work on their own initiative. Commitment, enthusiasm and experience in new homes selling are essential for the role.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in the following areas:
- Selling houses within an agreed budget and timescale.
- Customer Satisfaction identified via in-house research result.
- Conversion of sales to completion.
Experience in the CRM system would be preferred, however not essential.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant.
