Who are we?
Based in London, and spearheaded by managing director Andy Paton, the Core team is responsible for the delivery of traditional fit out and commercial refurbishment projects up to the value of £5m, within the M25. From Sky Sports Studio and Warner Music, to GVA and Pernod Ricard, the Core team has established a solid reputation for delivering excellence and in 2016 the 109-person team delivered over 70 projects across London.
What will you be doing?
Compilation of Tender Deliverables on bespoke proposals.
Understand the core of the project and the delivery on bespoke proposals.
Challenge the content written by the operational team to make sure key challenges or specific questions have been answered on bespoke proposals.
You will contribute to the development of bespoke proposals.
In the main you’ll be developing written content.
You will be contributing to the pre construction team at key stages on individual tenders, gathering technical information and challenging the content.
You will have responsibility for proof reading content whilst providing technical written material.
