Who are we?
Based in London, and spearheaded by managing director Andy Paton, the Core team is responsible for the delivery of traditional fit out and commercial refurbishment projects up to the value of £5m, within the M25. From Sky Sports Studio and Warner Music, to GVA and Pernod Ricard, the Core team has established a solid reputation for delivering excellence and in 2016 the 109-person team delivered over 70 projects across London.
What will you be doing?
Obtaining, coordinating all documentation for PQQ questionnaires
Liaise with the proposals manager in regards to the PQQ questionnaires
Completing all the pre-qualification questionnaires
Maintaining the consistency of all pre-qualification questionnaires
Proof reading and editing of all pre-qualification questionnaires
Hitting all deadlines for the return of pre-qualification questionnaires
Maintain the PQQ Library to ensure all the relevant documentation is kept up to date
Liaise with the team and other division across the company to gather and share best practice and project details for use in pre-qualification questionnaires
