Vacancy: Site Supervisor

Salary: £ 28,000 - £ 35,000 dependant on experience, plus generous benefits.

We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

 

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor with specific responsibility for a Planned Work & Repairs Contract in the Camden borough. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role will require the successful candidate to provide first line leadership to the operational delivery team.

The role includes internal refurbishments to low-rise multi-occupancy buildings of listed status and therefore the successful candidate will be expected to show particular attention to the detail of the specifications.

You will contribute to the delivery of excellent operational performance, and the role will require you to be the first line day to day project/ workstream implementation lead in accordance with Company policy and procedures.

Specifically you will:

    • Deliver a consistent, right first time service
    • Add value to all that you do whilst delivering exceptional customer service
    • Actively support and contribute to your team in a positive manner
    • Support the monitoring and management of site progress and quality
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and partnerships with clients

 

 

About You 

Candidates must have proven experience in the planned works industry, ideally within the social housing sector; you will have an awareness of all aspects of contract operations including KPI’s & financial reports. Candidates will also have a strong track record of maintaining and building strong customer relationships.

The successful person will have excellent time management, good IT skills with a range of IT packages, will be proactive and flexible with good planning, organisational and influencing skills. You will be aware of the importance of maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure best practice prevails throughout the project, delivering effective interaction to all clients.

A full UK driving licence, as a company van will be provided (work use only).
