What will you be doing:

Advertise job vacancies by adding job details to the recruitment database and careers site

Monitor the recruitment inbox

Pre-employment administration

Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for prospective new starters

Calculate and update annual leave record

Ensure HR Database (Cascade) is updated (monthly updates, new starter set-ups, sickness, address changes, etc)

Arrange exit interviews and other relevant meetings

Monthly and Quarterly staff reports

Answering queries from teams on staff numbers and company policies for tender completion

Staff Intranet Updates

Communication of Years of Service Milestones to teams

Management of e-learning system

 

 

Candidates with a working knowledge of HR and employment services, practices, policies and legislation will have an advantage.

You must be proficient in IT, and have excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. As well as being able to work on your own initiative, you will also be a motivated and enthusiastic team player.
