Description

Lovell are operational in the London area, around the M25, home counties. The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth. 

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to cover our exciting new developments in the greater London area.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and will be required to manage and motivate our team of experienced Sales Executives. You will be responsible for building and motivating a team of enthusiastic and professional sales people whilst providing an exceptional standard of management support. You will oversee and be responsible for setting up new developments, recruiting and training staff ensuring that your teams’ progress leads and sales to meet budgets. You will also be responsible for developing a specific marketing and sales strategy for ‘Coming Soon’ and Live developments within your area, working with our Marketing Coordinator and Regional Sales Manager. The role will involve working with the Regional Sales Director to research new land opportunities to expand the area’s plot stock levels.

You will be experienced in open market and new home sales management on multiple schemes; overseeing sales budgets and targets for the developments and capable of delivering market appraisals. You will be capable of working on your own initiative ensuring the delivery of an excellent level of customer service and product presentation required by the Company’s Best in Class strategy and Service Delivery.

You will have a proven track record of the sales and conveyancing process, leadership and in motivational skills. Your knowledge of the latest legalisations and government schemes should be in depth.

Knowledge in the use of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential. A full clean driving licence is an essential requirement of the role.
