Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our head office for an ambitious and talented IT Business Analyst.
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated IT professionals.
The role will involve working closely with the business to identify possible solution to business needs, carry out analysis to identify the most suitable solution in conjunction with input from the IT team and then manage and coordinate activities associated with the delivery, testing and implementation stages of the project and undertake post project reviews.
Experience of carrying out business analysis to support business change is essential. The applicant must be able to explain and discuss various techniques and methods to define ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’. We work in an environment that is Business facing IT utilising Group Shared Service resource via a mature PMO. The candidate must be able to explain the benefits and challenges of working in this structure.
We have projects of mixed size, complexity and across multiple business functions. This will require the candidate to self-deliver smaller projects and be part of a complex multi-discipline team for larger projects. The right candidate will be able to explain the roles and responsibilities within these 2 different approaches to delivery.

Ideally already experienced as an IT Business Analyst, you will be educated to Degree level or equivalent. You will have experience of managing customer relationship management databases and an understanding of Construction industry bidding process is desirable, although not essential.
