Talented people are the key to our success

About us:

Would you like to work for a progressive and ambitious company which is also one of the most successful within the UK construction and infrastructure industry?

Morgan Sindall provides national construction and infrastructure services to private and public sector customers across a comprehensive range of markets. We aim to create great results for our customers, partners and ourselves.

Responsibilities:

As a technical engineer (Reporting Manager) you will:

  • Support the development and setting of KPIs for the ISA management group and wider stakeholder groups and develop appropriate trends over time (period by period).
  • Collate data from across the ISA stakeholders associated with each KPI and collate to produce and issue the period end performance reporting pack in line with the appropriate management plan timescales.
  • Support the ISA work streams in the development of dashboards to enable them to capture and report their performance against the ‘indicators’ defined within their respective management plans.
  • Facilitate the capture, analysis and synthesis of data regarding ‘integration / relationship’ and ‘customer experience / satisfaction’.
  • Gather monthly performance data from multiple stakeholders from across the ISA organisation.
  • Compile all data into the standard ISA performance reporting templates.
  • Issue the ISA performance reporting pack to the various stakeholder groups. Support the development of suitable graphical representations of trend data and define ‘realistic’ targets for performance accordingly: ensuring that the link between KPIs and business objectives is demonstrable and clear.
  • Develop proposals for amendments to the dashboards to improve their structure, format and information-sharing capacity.
  • Set standards, through liaison with business functions, to ensure compliance with existing policies and practices and meet expectations of the stakeholders – accept and promote potential challenges with the intention of striving for improvement.
  • Collaborate with, and support, the ISA work streams to define and set indicators that allow targeting and measurement of performance. Support eh analysis of performance data to enable the development of actions that drive effective and efficient delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of process maps, management plans, and supporting procedures to drive consistency into the ISA delivery approach.

As technical engineer you will support the ISA performance manager in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ISA contract, reporting period end (monthly, quarterly, and annual) performance against these KPIs to the ISA management group and other key stakeholder groups, and developing action plans to drive performance improvement within the ISA work streams.
