Role: Service Engineer (Multi-Skilled Plasterer)
Salary: £27,000 – £28,000
Fixed Term Contract

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About The Role
You will undertake multi-skilled duties regarding the full range of repairs, maintenance and associated activities from conception through to completion.
You will deliver work that meets the project requirements, customer satisfaction, SHEQ standards and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.
All team members are expected to contribute to the delivery of excellent operational performance and championing a ‘perfect delivery’ service. This will require building relationships with both directly employed and subcontracted resources, ensuring with the goal to deliver cost effective, high quality customer focussed outputs.
About You
You should be a customer focused individual, experienced in working in occupied properties with a passion for completing a high quality repair on time and at the first visit. You will be an experienced and competent plasterer who has multi-skilled knowledge of carpentry and plumbing. You'll be reliable, trustworthy and hard-working and must be able to maintain a professional attitude throughout.
The successful candidate will have an NVQ / City & Guild qualification or be time served with minimum 3 years’ experience in the social housing background.
As a minimum you should have:
- Time served trade as a Plasterer
- NVQ Qualifications or equivalent
- Be able to evidence competency in both being a Plasterer & also other trades i.e. Joinery, Carpentry, Plumbing
Adherence to Health and Safety Standards set by the company in accordance with other regulatory bodies will be of paramount importance to you.
