Role: Customer Performance Co-ordinator

Salary:  £18,962.50

Based:  Sheffield

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the newly created service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group.  We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

 

About The Role

This is a particularly exciting time in our evolution…. with recent contract wins and expansion of our activities we have a real opportunity to grow our Customer Care Team. 

The role will require the successful candidate to provide an efficient and effective customer care service.

You will use our unique in-house developed system MSi creadted by our skilled team of industry experts. MSi is Mircosoft based and can handle multiple work streams such as repairs, planned and compliance services.

 

About You

You ideally will have experience of working in the Social Housing sector; with the ability to co-ordinate customer care activities, including defect management and keeping constant open communications with all parties. 

 

You will be either a technically competent scheduler, planner or administrator with significant potential, capability or experience of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high quality relationships.

 

You must have proven experience in offering excellent levels of client liaison and successfully achieving both client and internal KPI targets. 

 

You will have the ability to maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrate honesty with colleagues and contribute to team projects in participating where possible to make your mark.
