Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Perfect Delivery Manager.
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.
We are looking to recruit a talented individual with strong communication skills and a strategic approach, to work closely with our local businesses and operational teams, instilling and implementing the group’s philosophy of perfect delivery.
This is a senior role reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be:
- Comfortable liaising with all levels of management
- Be capable of motivating and influencing those around them.
- They will support both the region and the individual area units in achieving the objectives of the perfect delivery strategy, with the overarching goal of totally embedding perfect delivery into all aspects of the business.
- Able to provide subject matter expertise ensuring the continuous improvement of business unit performance in line with external standards, the integrated management system (IMS) and contribute to pre-contract and audit activities.
