We have a fantastic opportunity within our head office for an ambitious and talented Communications Officer. 

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated Communications and Marketing professionals. 

As the Communications Officer, you will provide comprehensive support to the Communications Manager in the creation and delivery of effective internal and external communications and events for Morgan Sindall. 

Previous experience within a Communications position is required, as well as having a working knowledge of a broad range of internal / external communication media, inclusive of intranet, internet and social media. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential. Whilst experience of InDesign and Photoshop is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. 

We are looking for a Communications Officer to join our growing team, who shares our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment. 

Responsibilities: 

As a Communications Officer you will:

  • To support the design, and lead the delivery, of a range of internal communications activity throughout the year to all Morgan Sindall employees
  • To support the creation of PR activity covering Morgan Sindall’s construction and infrastructure businesses
  • To play a leading role in supporting the management of Morgan Sindall business-wide events
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Communications Manager in the creation and delivery of effective internal and external communications strategies and platforms as well as undertake the tactical delivery of communication activity across Morgan Sindall

 

Already experienced in a Communication role, you will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject, and have good project management skills.
