Job Title: Team Leader - Gas Installs & Gas repairs
Salary: up to £40,000 depending on experience

Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for 2 experienced Team Leaders specifically one Gas repairs & one Gas installs to join our team. Reporting to the Project Manager, You will have experience in leading a team undertaking gas servicing and installation projects and associated activities from conception through to completion. You will deliver work that meets the project requirements, customer satisfaction, SHEQ standards and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.
All team members are expected to contribute to the delivery of excellent operational performance and championing a ‘perfect delivery’ service. This will require building relationships with both directly employed and subcontracted resources, ensuring with the goal to deliver cost effective, high quality customer focussed outputs.
You'll Influence profitability and basic budget management, S,H&E management, contract compliance and help maintain excellent customer relationships.

About You
You should be a customer focused individual who holds, as a minimum; ACS (Domestic); CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1 HTR1., an IOSH or SMSTS certificate and also be a CSCS Card holder. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a gas role, with all relevant qualifications.
You should also hold the following certifications; Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Heights. Ideally you will also have Scaffold Inspection / Awareness and First Aid qualifications or certificates.
You must have experience in Gas works in social housing to be considered for this role.
You should be fully PC literate who is comfortable with MS systems such as word, excel & outlook.
Adherence to Health and Safety Standards set by the company in accordance with other regulatory bodies will be of paramount importance to you.
