Location: Croydon

Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group.  We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs. 

 

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed Resident Liaison Officer for our contract in Croydon, preferably with experience in the social housing sector.

The role will be based around the following core duties:-

  • Linking with customer/residents / line management
  • Make initial contact with residents
  • Visit tenants with details of work content
  • Communicating with residents/ client throughout works programme
  • Project administration

The purpose of this role is to deliver a first class RLO and administrative support in a busy environment to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner. Delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer & client satisfaction.

 

About You

You must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and you must be able to interpret drawings and produce reports. You will also have advanced knowledge of site administration and health and safety in occupied homes and experience as either an RLO or in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have come from a housing / repairs & maintenance background, have previous experience in both Project Administration & as an RLO and the ability to pick up bespoke systems with ease.

You will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and a full UK driving licence, as a company van will be provided (work use only).
