Responsibilities:
As a site manager, you will:
- Coordinate and manage the activities of all site personnel
- Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
- Leading and motivating the team and liaise effectively with customers.
Already experienced as a site manager, you will be educated at HNC/HND level in Construction or equivalent and you will have substantial relevant site experience. You will have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and you will have strong leadership skills with the ability to identify and notify development areas within the team.

Our work focuses on delivering non-nuclear infrastructure activities in a nuclear environment both for civil and military customers.
Infrastructure Strategic Alliance (ISA)
The ISA is an integrated team which consists of three delivery partners; Sellafield Limited, Morgan Sindall and Arup. Working in joint venture with Arup, Morgan Sindall is responsible for a £1.1 billion long term contract to provide essential infrastructure assets to the Sellafield Ltd site.
