Location: Leeds

Activities range from small works and repair and maintenance, to the design and delivery of complex construction and engineering projects where it is able to provide specialist design, tunnelling, utilities, building, civil engineering and mechanical and electrical services. Main purpose

As part of the team in our Leeds office, you will provide administrative support to both our office and site teams and assist with the smooth running of the administration function. You will provide general administration support to the team, provide cover on the reception desk and assist with any ad hoc duties as required. You will have the opportunity to liaise with people at all levels and manage a number of activities without compromising our commitment to ‘Perfect Delivery’.

Training:                                              

Our training scheme offers on the job training with mentoring arrangements where you will work towards achieving NVQ Level 2 and 3 in business administration.  

Qualifications required:                  

Suitable applicants will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with a minimum of a grade C in English and Maths.  

Suitable candidates will:                 

Be a good communicator, both written and verbal

Have the ability to meet deadlines and manage a number of different activities

Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages

Display high levels of accuracy and good attention to detail

Have great interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with people at all levels

Be a collaborative team player

Be willing to take on responsibility
