What will you be doing?
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for prospective new starters
Ensure HR Data base is updated (monthly updates, new starter set-ups, sickness, address changes, etc.)
Monthly and Quarterly staff reports
Calculate and update annual leave records
Updating HR and training materials when necessary
Provide HR data to support tender submissions and PQQs
Staff Intranet Updates
Provide teams with HR data covering; years of service milestones, training achievements, course attendance records etc.
Advertise job vacancies (university & college jobs boards, adding job details to the recruitment database and careers site)
Liaise with schools, colleges and universities to arrange recruitment Presentations
Monitor the recruitment inboxes (Foundation & experienced hires)
Recruitment administration (applicant tracking, screening, interview scheduling and coordination of rejection correspondence, offer letters & contracts)
Logistical & administrative support to site visits and work experience forTrainees
Pre-employment administration and query management (Foundation & experienced hires)
Training event coordination and logistical support (venue arrangement, catering, attendance lists and on the day support)
Management of compliance e-learning system
What will help your application?
Candidates with a working knowledge of HR and employment services, practices, policies and legislation will have an advantage.
You must be proficient in IT, and have excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. As well as being able to work on your own initiative, you will also be a motivated and enthusiastic team player.
