We are looking for a hardworking and committed Administration Assistant to join our Administration team in our Leeds Regional Office. The role includes working within a small team, assisting all departments with a variety of administration duties. As an administration assistant you will:
- Assist in performing all office based administrative activities proactively and efficiently
- Enabling all office staff to work easily and quickly and without disruption. This will include the collation and distribution of post, covering reception as and when required, general filing and photocopying
- Already experienced as an administrator you will have experience with the use of office packages such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- You will have the ability to interpret procedures and policies of the organisation and be able to communicate effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communications, along with an excellent telephone manner, administration and organisational skills are essential.
