To secure the Midlands Region’s growth, we are recruiting for a Land Manager to identify and assist in the acquisition of development sites across the region.
You will report directly to the Regional Partnerships Director and assist to identify, evaluate and secure land for residential development in order to facilitate the regions business plan and strategies. You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Technical and Estimating teams to achieve cost efficiency.
You should maintain a high profile with external property contacts and achieve an excellent working relationship with LA’s, local agents, and land owners to be best placed for opportunities for the company.
In order to do this, the candidate will be expected to be the main interface for the regions client base and land agent contacts, and will be expected to gain a detailed insight into clients business and development plans and promote Lovell as a key Partner.
Lovell are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate person, who is fully appraised of the procedures and technical aspects associated with investigating, reporting and purchasing of land. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and able to provide innovative solutions to land and development opportunities.
