We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team with national coverage.
Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Nuclear Energy Water business for an ambitious and talented Quantity Surveyor.
Already experienced as a quantity surveyor you will ideally have a background in the energy sector with cabling and/or civils being an advantage.
You will have a HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or other commercially related discipline).
You will be able to demonstrate good commercial knowledge to fulfil the role:
Key responsibilities:
Manage and oversee commercial matters on various projects including
- Contract documentation (main contract and subcontract)
- Procurement
- Financial performance, including forecasting, profit / loss, cash flow, etc.
- Risk and Opportunities
- Contract compliance / notices
- Meeting / liaison with client / subcontract / supply chain as necessary
- Pricing / support to bid team
