Description

Lovell in the London region are in a period of substantial growth with a number of large scale new build developments in progress in the Greater London area and as a result, the HR & Training and Operations functions at Lovell in the London Region need your help!

We’re looking for a smart, proactive, diligent and flexible individual to join our team to support us with a wide variety of administrative duties across three disciplines of HR, Training and Operations.

You will have excellent keyboard skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.   You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills too.

No two days will be the same and you will have your own areas of responsibility, support the team with adhoc requests, and there will also be the opportunity to accompany members of the team to our sites and to community engagement activities.

Your duties will include:

  • Assist in performing all office based administrative activities proactively and efficiently
  • Covering Reception and outgoing post on a rota basis
  • You will be responsible for the overall administration of the Project+ document management system, ensuring that it is fully up-to-date with construction project documentation. You will oversee the transfer of archived documentation onto the Project+ system as well as registering all new projects on to the system. You will maintain strong relationships with site teams and internal customers to ensure information is provided and uploaded in a timely manner.
  • You will be the point of contact for all site enquiries and admin on a day to day basis

Already experienced as an administrator you will be proficient in Microsoft office packages inc. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.  Ideally you will have administration and customer service experience from a construction background with knowledge of document management too, but it’s more about your competency and attitude as full ‘on the job’ training will be provided.  If you are a clear communicator, enthusiastic, organised, like a challenge and passionate about achieving results, then this may be the ideal role for you.
