Lovell in the London region are in a period of substantial growth with a number of large scale new build developments in progress in the Greater London area and as a result the Region needs your help! 

Are you good at problem solving and like to help people who aren't as knowledgable on IT as you?

We are looking for an experienced IT and Business Systems Coordinator to look after the technical function of the regional office in Elstree (Herts) and also on our many sites in London and the home counties.  This includes, but is not restricted to software, hardware, photocopiers, mobile phones, office telephony, security alarm and anything else techy in the office and on our sites. It will offer great variety and ensure valuable experience is gained.

The key areas are providing hands-on IT support to staff, looking after all the technical responsibilities, and maintaining essential IT administration.  In addition, you will have responsibility for the coordination, implementation and training of the Company’s software packages including Viewpoint, Project+, CRM, etc.  Full training will be provided.

Essential skills required:

  • Good working knowledge of Windows, IOS and Android
  • Knowledge of Internet, Internet Explorer and Chrome
  • MS Office 2013 with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Lync, Acrobat Reader, Avaya Phone Manager
  • Familiar with setting up iPhones 
  • Command Workstation (to view status of Fiery printing system)
  • Ethernet, cabling, IP Addresses, Routers, Data switches, configuring printing and scanning
  • Presentation and communication skills at all levels
  • Self managing/motivated
  • Diligent, organised, methodical, able to prioritise

As well as a sound technical knowledge, the successful applicant will have excellent customer service, be patient, approachable and flexible.  You must be able to meet the demands of supporting a busy office, together with multiple sites and be able to multitask.

A car driver is absolutely essential for this role, and a car allowance to financially assist you is provided, plus fuel reimbursement.
