Due to the growth plans and expansion of the Lovell South Wales and South West of England Region we are currently seeking to appoint a proactive and highly motivated Site Manager to join our New Build Operational Team at The Mill, Canton.
The successful applicants will report to a Senior Site Manager and will be responsible for all areas of site production and programme on The Mill Apartments Blocks, as well as material delivery and cost control. Experience in both lightweight steel frame construction (SFS) and timber frame is desirable.

Quality, health and safety standards are paramount and responsibilities include adherence to business management systems, NHBC standards and the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
The role requires development of positive relationships with both internal and external customers and Clients, with strong focus on Service Delivery and Client satisfaction against project KPI’s.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of managing budgets and ability to work to clear deadlines.
