Description

Lovell are looking for an Administrator to join our Refurbishment site in Oldbury (Lion Farm) on a Fixed Term 50 week contract.

As an Administrator you will undertake the following:-

  • Provide administrative assistance to site staff
  • Interact with colleagues, customers and visitors, maintaining a polite and helpful approach with all
  • Answer telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them courteously and appropriately or pass to a relevant member of the team
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine enquiries
  • File and retrieve company documents, records and reports and ensure all filing is up to date and well-managed

The following attributes are required:-

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • A commute within reasonable travelling distance of the site on which you will be working
