Role: Customer Performance Coordinator 

Salary: £17,500 - £19,000 depending on experience 

Based: Basildon

 

Morgan Sindall Property Services provides integrated property maintenance services to both the public and private sector, with particular expertise in housing and public building maintenance.

We are the nation’s complete housing solutions specialist with over 30 years’ experience within the affordable housing sector. We provide planned and reactive maintenance to over 200,000 domestic properties nationwide and have a significant portfolio of large-scale framework refurbishment programmes. We refurbish and modernise approximately 10,000 homes per annum and complete in excess of 300,000 repairs a year.

 

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Performance Coordinator to join our business, with specific responsibility for a contract in Basildon.  

This is an exciting, newly defined and critical role within our structure, designed to support our contract team in developing our business. This role will sustain our reputation for innovative and excellent customer service, giving us a unique selling point in our sector. You will assist in the implementation of the day to day operation and in championing a ‘perfect delivery’ service.

Specifically you will:

  • Effectively plan and schedule Engineers for servicing and repairs tasks, to ensure that the scheduling process is delivering maximum productivity
  • Assist the team in the day to day management and administrative compliancy ensuring a Perfect Delivery service. 
  • Support in the interpretation of data generated by the business process systems, and action accordingly with communication across a variety of stakeholders
  • You will deliver work that meets the project requirements, customer satisfaction, SHEQ standards and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.

About You

You will be either a technically competent scheduler, planner or administrator with significant potential, capability or experience of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high quality relationships.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and deliver effective interaction with all internal and external stakeholders.  You will have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure best practice prevails throughout the contract.

Awareness of the Health and Safety Standards set by the company in accordance with other regulatory bodies will be of paramount importance to you.
