Lovell London Region is operational in the London area, around the M25, home counties. The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth.
We are looking for a fulltime experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor, based on site at our large scale redevelopment in Woolwich South East London, to support the Region's HS&E Manager to provide operational compliance of all relevant construction industry health, safety and environmental legislation and to ensure that current procedures within the London region comply with relevant policy, current legislation and best available practices.
Previous experience in the construction industry is preferable. You will be NEBOSH certified and ideally have or are working towards graduate membership of IOSH. You should be familiar with traditional, concrete and timber frame construction and possess a current CSCS card. A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word are essential.
