Description

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Sales Executive and a Trainee Sales Executive for two new developments in King’s Lynn. Long established in affordable and open market housing, Lovell’s construction business has evolved in recent years to provide a truly national construction solution

Accountability and Responsibility
Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager the successful candidate will take ownership for the delivery of a first class customer experience to all parties involved in the purchase of a new home. You will be driven to deliver, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded, with the ability to form good relationships.
Required Skills and Experience

Sales Executive: The successful applicant will ideally have proven new build sales experience and a good knowledge of the housing market. You must be able to work under your own initiative and have excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Understanding of the house purchase process is essential.
Trainee Sales Executive: The successful applicant will require previous face to face sales experience, as well as having your own car as some travel may be required.
