Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Engineer Manager.
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.
We are looking for managers who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.
Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.
We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hard working team environment.
Responsibilities:
As a engineer manager you will:
- You will be responsible for the day to day management of internal and external engineering resources.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time, to budget and in agreement with the project requirements.
Already experienced as a engineering manager, you will be educated to degree level in the relevant field. You will be a chartered engineer and be affiliated with the institution of civil engineers (or similar). You will have senior level involvement in the provision of design management services for civil engineering design and construction in the education, defence and public & private buildings. You will also have a significant senior level involvement in large project tender teams, including price and quality adjudicated bids and an understanding of commercial aspects including typical terms and conditions and procurement models.
About the Fareham Team :
The Fareham team has a strong track record of successfully delivering projects for key Clients such as HCC and University of Reading and are building on this as they continue to expanding their capability and the variety of their projects. The team are excited by the opportunities ahead of them and looking forward to the continued growth of their business.
