The successful applicant will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and will be required to manage our East Anglia team of Sales Executives.  You will be responsible for building and motivating a team of enthusiastic and professional sales people whilst providing an exceptional standard of management support.  You will oversee and be responsible for setting up new developments, recruiting and training staff ensuring that your teams’ progress leads and sales to meet budgets. You will also be responsible for developing a specific marketing and sales strategy for ‘Coming Soon’ and Live developments within your area, working with our Sales & Marketing Coordinator and Regional Sales Manager.  The role will involve working with the Regional Sales Manager to research new land opportunities to expand the area’s plot stock levels.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in open market sales and be required to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, achievement of regional sales targets and effectively manage and motivate the site based Sales team ensuring that all our purchasers experience “Best in Class” service.

You will have knowledge of the sales and conveyancing process, leadership and motivational skills. Knowledge in the use of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.  A full clean driving licence is a requirement of the role.
