Who are we?
Working within the M25 for end-user clients, the Morgan Lovell London team provides a turnkey design and build refurbishment service, as well as furniture solutions and workplace consulting for a range of commercial clients.
What will you be doing?
- Maintain a happy, approachable and professional demeanour at all times
- Maintaining reception standards at all times
- Handle all incoming calls via the switchboard in a polite and timely manner
- Meeting, greeting and announcing all visitors to the building in a happy/polite fashion.
- Events management for training and seminars
- Order all food for meetings
- Maintenance of the meeting room booking system, ensuring information is correct and up to date. Set up and manage meeting rooms prior and post meeting
- Managing all incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Ensure meeting rooms/kitchens/break out area are clean & tidy at all times.
- Distribute incoming post and frank outgoing post
- Order supplies for the building and book couriers & transport
- Keeping the facilities filling systems up to date and in the absence of the Office Manager, arranging for engineers to attend, oversea and action the weekly fire alarm test
- Provide support services for those guests visiting or working within the building.
- Act as fire warden and first aider for the ground floor, reception and meeting room areas (training provided)
- Providing handovers with personnel providing lunch cover
- Temp training
- Providing support to the Office Manager
