We are recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to cover the Midlands area working out of the Quinton Business Park Office, Birmingham.

You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and will be required to manage our West Midlands team of Sales Executives. You will be responsible for building and motivating a team of enthusiastic and professional sales people whilst providing an exceptional standard of management support. You will oversee and be responsible for setting up new developments, recruiting and training staff ensuring that your teams’ progress leads and sales to meet budgets. You will also be responsible for developing a specific marketing and sales strategy for ‘Coming Soon’ and Live developments within your area, working with our Marketing Coordinator and Regional Sales Director. You will assist the Regional Sales Director in the production of reports and forecasts.

The role will also involve working with the Regional Sales Director to research new land opportunities to expand the area’s plot stock levels. This will include preparation of competitor information for land appraisals and assistance with new land viabilities.

You will be experienced in new home sales management; overseeing sales budgets for the developments and capable of delivering market appraisals. You will be capable of working on your own initiative ensuring the delivery of an excellent level of customer service and product presentation required by the Company’s Best in Class strategy and Service Delivery.
