Job Title: Service Engineer (Electrician)
Salary: competitive based on experience and skills plus cash performance incentive and standby payments.

We provide planned and reactive maintenance to over 200,000 domestic properties nationwide and have a significant portfolio of large-scale framework refurbishment programmes. We refurbish and modernise approximately 10,000 homes per annum and complete in excess of 300,000 repairs a year.

We are actively growing our organisation and are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Electrician with additional skills to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in Dumfries - Annan and the surrounding areas. You will need to use your specialist knowledge and customer service experience to assist us in making a real difference to the lives of our customers
The successful candidate for this role will work with fellow team members as part of an on - call rota.
Multi skilling training will be provide to enhance skill base
You will also be included in a team performance incentive scheme working to improve / meet contract Key Performance Indicators
About You
We are looking for an Electrician with additional skills to join our Repairs and Maintenance team who is reliable, trustworthy and who can deliver excellent quality work to help us with our “first time fix” approach to repairs whilst delivering a first class customer experience.
You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and refurbishment work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
You must be trained to 17th Addition wiring regulations
