We are looking for a hardworking and committed Office Junior Administrator to join our team of administrators

 The role involves:

  • Covering Reception during Receptionists’ breaks and holidays. Meeting and greeting visitors, answering telephone, putting calls through and taking messages as required.

 Effective support to office administrators including:

  • Responsible for ensuring documents are correctly filed in the central filing system by reading the number which is marked on each copy and then filing in the correct project file.
  • Reviewing of emails on a daily basis.
  • Reviewing of project plus on a daily basis.
  • Prioritising work load
  • Issue drawings to site, subcontractor and clients etc.
  • Copying and printing of large batches of drawings.
  • Format and print documents
  • Type and issue letters for member of the office.
  • Assist with producing, populate and maintain job files. Both hard copy and electronic.
  • Assist with producing supporting documents for Considerate Constructors.
  • Supportive administration tasks set from the site teams.
  • Assist with producing home user guides.
  • Assist with producing Health and Safety files.
  • Produce and update monthly sales reports.
  • General office administration duties i.e. scanning, printing, typing of minutes, filing and binding of documents.
  • Providing cover for franking of outgoing post, photocopying and distributing incoming post.
  • Fielding telephone calls to the correct people and taking messages.
  • Any other tasks as directed
