Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Site Manager.
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.
We are looking for managers who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.
Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £10 million is an advantage.
We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hard working team environment.
Responsibilities:
As a site manager you will:
- Coordinate and manage the activities of all site personnel
- Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate the team
- Liaise effectively with customers.
Already experienced as site manager you will be educated to HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent. You will have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and you will have strong leadership skills with the ability to identify and notify development areas within the team.
About the Plymouth Team :
The Plymouth Team has completed some exceptional projects in recent years, including a number of varied schemes at The University of Exeter and are just completing a large self-storage unit in Exeter for Britannia Lanes, to name but a few. With a full order book for 2017, we are looking to continue and exceed the performance witnessed in 2016. Our team is excited by the recent growth and strengthening of their business recently and are looking forward to their continued success over the forthcoming years.
