We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious trainee quantity surveyor to join our growing team in Ipswich & Norwich.
As a trainee quantity surveyor, you will assist with the commercial management of a project, administer, measure and value elements of the project, take off quantities from construction drawings, ensure payment applications are submitted by cut-off date and all subcontract documents for approval by deadline including assisting in the control of various subcontract packages from enquiry through to final account.
As a trainee quantity surveyor, you will possess the minimum qualifications to enable you to obtain a place on an agreed day release course at a local college or university. Our training scheme offers on the job training plus day-release college attendance to pursue an appropriate qualification. You will be required to have at least 2 A levels, 5 GCSEs at C or above or equivalent qualifications including Maths, English & Science.
