We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for a Trainee Site Manager.

We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious trainee site manager to join our growing team in Ipswich & Norwich.

As a trainee site manager, you will assist with ensuring that the construction of the development proceeds efficiently, including supervising subcontract labour and to coordinate the activities of trades on site.  You will possess the minimum qualifications to enable you to obtain a place on an agreed day release course at a local college or university.  Our training scheme offers on the job training plus day-release college attendance to pursue an appropriate qualification. You will be required to have at least 2 A levels, 5 GCSEs at C or above or equivalent qualifications including Maths, English & Science.
