Bid Manager

Location: Elstree, Herts

Lovell in London Region are in a period of substantial growth with a number of large scale new build developments in progress in Greater London and Home Counties.

We are now recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious Bid Manager to join our pre-construction team based at our open plan offices in Elstree, Herts.

We’re after a results driven, tenacious, go getter to take on a wide range of strategic bid initiatives to support the delivery of our Partnership business. We are a progressive company, so you’ll need to understand our culture and strategy and be responsible for your own work. It’s an entrepreneurial job, with high levels of responsibility and the freedom to deliver results.

It is expected that you will have previous experience in the housebuilding or construction industry, understand the bid process, and have proven experience of successful bids.

As our Bid Manager you will be responsible for submitting completed bids to existing or prospective customers on time and within budget, ensuring that all questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that Lovell is positioned with the best possible chance of success.

Ideally you will have a relevant degree or equivalent in marketing or similar and you will have extensive experience in planning and managing all aspects of bids providing subject matter expertise where required.
