Salary & Benefits: up to £40,000 depending on experience plus benefits

About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Roofing Team Leader to join our business. The suitable candidate will be a highly skilled and very experience roofer and will have previous experience in social housing. You will be able to work with complicated jobs and keep residents and third parties up to date.
You will have experience in leading a team undertaking the full range of work from conception through to completion. You will deliver work that meets the project requirements, customer satisfaction, SHEQ standards and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.
All team members are expected to contribute to the delivery of excellent operational performance and championing a ‘perfect delivery’ service. This will require building relationships with both directly employed and subcontracted resources, ensuring with the goal to deliver cost effective, high quality customer focussed outputs.
You'll Influence profitability and basic budget management, S,H&E management, contract compliance and help maintain excellent customer relationships.
About You
You should be a customer focused individual who holds SMSTS and IOSH manager qualifications.
You should also hold the following certifications; Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Heights. Ideally you will also have Scaffold Inspection / Awareness and First Aid qualifications or certificates.
Whilst the above qualifications are desirable, consideration would be given towards the company providing these for the suitable applicant.
You should be fully PC literate who is comfortable with MS systems such as word, excel & outlook.
Adherence to Health and Safety Standards set by the company in accordance with other regulatory bodies will be of paramount importance to you.
