Lovell in London Region are in a period of substantial growth with a number of large scale new build developments in progress in the Greater London area and as a result we are looking for an experienced Estimators.
With considerable experience in New Build Residential within the London area, you will be expected to provide robust tender estimates and assistance with land bids for adjudications and have an excellent working knowledge of construction methods and techniques. You will also have experience and ability to quantify drawings to assist in the maintenance of an accurate cost base; produce robust subcontract tender enquiries and comply with the prevailing company policies and procedures.
You will need to demonstrate that you are experienced in all aspects of New Build Residential, and are also fully conversant with Estimating software systems, ie Conquest, Evaluate, Causeway, also Cost Planning using Excel based programme.
You should have good and demonstrable experience in the new build residential sector with both new build contracting and development work.
Educated to degree level in a construction related subject or qualified to MCIOB level, you will also hold a CSCS card (Platinum).
