The role within a newly formed pre-construction team
We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious Proposals Manager to join our newly formed pre-construction team based in Welwyn Garden City.
As our Proposals Manager you will be responsible for working as part of the Pre construction team, as proposals lead to create high quality submission documents that help the business to win work.
You will be educated to professional level with a relevant degree with previous experience of developing proposals, preferably within the construction industry and you will have extensive experience in producing winning bid documents with style structure and persuasion.
Going forward a key element of your role will be to train staff, outside of pre-construction team, in the coherent bid writing process to increase the ability of the organisation to produce winning bids.
