REGIONAL PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Lovell is seeking to expand the procurement function within our regional business units, and are recruiting a number of roles to work from offices in Altrincham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, & Norwich.

We are looking for Buyers and Procurement Managers with good written and verbal communication skills who are able to contribute to various team meetings and value engineering initiatives. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in similar roles within the newbuild housing sector & be able to demonstrate a commitment to quality standards and a customer focus.

 

The successful candidates will liaise closely with the Project Team through the tendering, prestart and delivery processes to ensure that the material and logistical challenges are met whilst achieving the optimum commercial return.

 

The role will involve the procurement, scheduling & management of materials and plant for projects of considerable size & complexity. Our current work mix includes an excellent mix of private sale, large scale mixed tenure and refurbishment projects.
