Role: Site Manager

Salary: from £ 35,000 

Based: Westminster, London

Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity an experienced Site Manager to join our team working on our long term contract for City West Homes in and around Westminster & NW London. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role will require you to ensure the successful delivery of a variety of planned maintenance works on budget, on time and, in a safe manner and fully in accordance with company policy and procedures. This busy, varied role is all about managing contractors and direct operatives, ensuring planned works are completed on time and within budget whilst minimizing disruption to residents and the public. You will work closely with our supply chain to ensure delivery, prepare work programmes, weekly reporting, hold regular meetings with supply chain and client, and providing high quality technical expertise on electrical works. Other key priorities will include supporting, managing and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety

About You 

Candidates must have proven experience in the planned works industry, ideally within the social housing sector; managing the development and performance of all aspects of contract operations including KPI’s & financial reports. Candidates will also have a strong track record of maintaining and building strong customer relationships and managing multi-site workforces. Work packages will include, but not be limited to external improvement packages, roofing, windows & doors, communal area improvements, internal improvements to flats / houses and passive fire protection upgrade work.


The successful person will have previous experience in Social Housing and previous experience with FRA works. You must have excellent time management, good IT skills with a range of IT packages, will be proactive and flexible with good planning, organisational and influencing skills. You will have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure best practice prevails throughout the project, delivering effective interaction to all clients.
