We are a construction management company — we build and refurbish the facilities that other people work in. We operate in a variety of sectors including financial, education, retail, media, health and leisure, undertaking projects which range in value from £10k to over £200m. Our clients include the All England Lawn Tennis Club (Wimbledon), RBS, Kingston University, UAL, Hugo Boss, UCL, The Farm, WPP, Sony, BBC, ITV, and BUPA.

The role
Work with the Head of People and the business to identify ongoing training needs
Design bespoke workshops and courses as required, create and deliver internal courses
Work with third party providers to design new training
Oversee and facilitate the company Induction
Evaluate training effectiveness
Maintain the current suite of courses. Update, refresh and innovate
Maintain training records
Run monthly ‘People’ statistics reports for our parent company
Deliver ad hoc reports on training delivered
Embed our Learning Management System into the business and drive usage
Manage our Training Coordinator – set objectives and manage performance
Manage the continuous professional development of our people including NVQs and professional qualification
Manage CITB grant returns
