We are currently looking for a Sales Co-ordinator who has experience of working in the housing market.
You will be responsible for sales progression of our open market developments. Liaising with field-based Sales teams, solicitors and financial advisors, you will be responsible for achieving exchange of contracts and legal completion within a defined timescale. The role will be based at our North West & North Wales regional office in Altrincham.
