Role: HR Advisor

Based: Aldgate, London

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience plus car allowance or company car

Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

 

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor based in London. Reporting to the Head of HR you will act as the regional expert of the HR system and processes, providing a support service throughout the region, facilitating the implementation of HR policy and strategy. You will be able to carry out the following:

 

  • Give advice, guidance and support to the business on employee relations issues (disciplinary, absence management, performance, termination etc.)
  • Ensure local compliance to the People Plan and initiatives provide a consistent HR approach throughout region
  • Effectively manage HR casework to achieve efficient and positive outcomes to any issues arising
  • Gather and analyse HR management information to enable effective performance measure and targeting per contract within the Region
  • Carry out all HR administrative duties relating to the employee lifecycle in a timely manner.
  • Travelling to offices based in the Southern region.

 

About You

  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of building and maintaining effective interaction with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must be enthusiastic and be able to work on your own initiative to ensure best practice prevails.
  • You must be able to prioritise and be well organised.
  • You will be computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • CIPD accredited in HR
  • Be prepared to travel from different site offices in London and South region
  • TUPE experience is essential.
