Role: Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor

About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our business, with specific responsibility for a repairs and maintenance contract in Basildon. You will have experience in leading a team undertaking the full range of reactive maintenance and associated activities from conception through to completion. You will deliver work that meets the project requirements, customer satisfaction, SHEQ standards and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.
You'll Influence profitability and basic budget management, S,H&E management, contract compliance and help maintain excellent customer relationships.
About You
You should be a customer focused individual who preferably holds SMSTS and IOSH manager qualifications.
You should also hold the following certifications; Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Heights. Ideally you will also have Scaffold Inspection / Awareness and First Aid qualifications or certificates.
You must have experience in repairs and maintenance works within the social housing sector to be considered for this role.
You should be fully PC literate who is comfortable with MS systems such as word, excel & outlook.
Adherence to Health and Safety Standards set by the company in accordance with other regulatory bodies will be of paramount importance to you.
