Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Area Director

The role of the area director is to direct and manage business activities and project activities within the area of operation in line with the company and regional strategic plan. We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment.

Responsibilities:

As an Area Director you will:

  • Actively source new work.
  • Win work by appropriate bid strategies.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of specific projects on behalf of Morgan Sindall.
  • Ensuring that multi-disciplinary projects are delivered in an appropriate time, cost and quality targets.

Already experienced in a similar role you will have proven experience of leading and delivering large and complex construction projects in a construction environment.  You will have proven experience of leading, managing and motivating large project teams in demanding regional environments.
