We have a fantastic opportunity within our Highways business for an ambitious and talented Administrator to sit within the HS2 Enabling Works.
The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated professionals working together on this innovative project.

The Role:
As the Administrator you will:
- Support the Fusion Archaeology and Heritage teams.
- Help to prepare reports and studies of a non-technical or a semi-technical nature using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Organises material for meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Resolves daily administration problems on the project
- Establishes office filing procedures in accordance with project procedures
- Processes all documentation, communications, contractor submittals etc. in and out of the site office, maintaining up to date registers of each.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Co-operate with Fusion in all matters relating to Health & Safety, including safe working procedures at all times.
- Act as a role model for Fusion's vision and values, behaving in ways that are in alignment with Fusion's Ways of Working. Encourage and support others to do so too.
- Promote equality in the workplace and adopt appropriate behaviour when interacting with colleagues
- Take necessary care to properly protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of corporate information from unauthorised disclosure, modification or destruction. Never knowingly put Fusion's information or information systems at risk.
The right applicant will be an experienced administrator with an excellent command of Microsoft Office. The Administrator will have experience of planning, prioritising and scheduling work, and be flexible in their approach to their duties.
