We operate in a variety of sectors including financial, education, retail, media, health and leisure, undertaking projects which range in value from £10k to over £200m. Our clients include the All England Lawn Tennis Club (Wimbledon), RBS, Kingston University, UAL, Hugo Boss, UCL, The Farm, WPP, Sony, BBC, ITV, and BUPA.

The role
Understand the bid submission process and timeline
Project manage the submission of the bid
Understand stakeholder expectations and build relationships throughout the process
Understand information requirements to develop the bid.
Understand any H&S and/or environmental (e.g. BREEAM/Ska pre-assessments) and how they may affect the bid and subsequent delivery of the project
Manage the production process to ensure the quality of the bid (look, feel) and ultimately it’s timely delivery
Content collation – ensure all of the relevant content is included in the correct format. Chase the team for technical/financial content
Proof and edit information supplied by the delivery / bid team
Document quality - Produce final polished document
Research the client - the bid ‘look and feel’ to the client and visit the site
Understand the bid differentiators

We are looking for someone creative, keen, helpful, curious, with an eye for detail, someone who thrives on engaging with people. We are open and willing to explore new ideas, especially if they enhance our approach so if you feel confident in identifying opportunities and communicating them to a wide and diverse audience this might be the role you’ve been holding out for.
